Résumé

Nohow Robotics, Jim Scott Book #31, introduces some new characters, and it also brings back Jim Scott and some of his friends.  A long-time evil and ruthless American cartel is primed to make a major move using an Army of androids, but a computer analyst working under contract for the government stumbles onto the tip of their operation.  A series of seemingly unconnected events leads to the main culprits of the cartel operation being found out, and dealt with by Jim and friends.  In the process, our new hero, Pete Ellis, stumbles and fumbles his way into a new lifestyle.  While Pete is a computer whiz, he is rather unworldly, but embraces the new life offered to him eagerly.  That new lifestyle comes from a combination of Jim's group and a lady who saves his life early in the book, Pamela Heaman.a just forced into retirement former Chief of Police of Nohow, Missouri.
