We are the gods. The Gospel of John reveals this very well. It makes Jesus Christ more real than some of the other gospels. John's telling is a little more personal and fun. The Gospel of John makes it very clear that Jesus Christ did not die on the cross and that the event was a planned event. Of course the story is a story and likely never really happened and is a remake of a remake of a remake and has everything to do with the pagan rituals from many years before it.
