In the business world, market and the opportunities are being varies rapidly. There should be a sharp eye to recognize the correct opportunity at correct time. This book brief the reader one of such opportunity in construction industry and this is the first book of this series. First, the discussion is focused on the available technology and the brief technical aspects. Different scholars' views regarding the environmental impact in processes, are debated in this chapter. The financial feasibility is discussed in next chapter.
It is assessed the potential of different technology suppliers in the world with different efficiency, productivity and product life-time. It is attempted to distinguish an appropriate production plant which is practically suitable to different contexts in the globe to have positive NPV value. Human resources need and operational aspects are discussed for the concluded model to make sure the optimum efficiency and productivity.
The last chapter of main body is allocated to discuss the potential challenges, especially, cultural aspects and current PESTEL factors, that would be encountered at the implemental stage of this proposal.
