Nollaig is a scuba diving instructor trainer with successful dive businesses in Miami and Key Largo, Florida, associated with GASI, the Global Association of Scuba Instructors (a fictitious dive training agency). When he meets Lucy, an undercover DEA agent, his life is changed forever. As they become entangled in a dangerous mission to take down a drug and gun smuggling ring with help from hacker Sierra, Nollaig's world is thrown into chaos.
Forced to flee Miami, Nollaig and Sierra will eventually find refuge on a tropical island, working as dive instructors with fake IDs while fighting against bad capitalism, corrupt governments, and unsafe dive operators. But the consequences of their mission still linger, and they will have to come to terms with their past in order to move forward.
