My Poetic Odyssey

My Poetic Odyssey isn't just a book of poems-it's a piece of me. It's the weight I've carried, the love I've held, the questions that kept me up at night. It's my story, but maybe it's yours too. These poems were born in the space between survival and freedom. Between being seen and being invisible. Between joy that shakes your bones and grief that makes your silence feel loud. I wrote them to remember who I am, where I come from-to honor the ones who came before me, and maybe, to make sense of where I'm going.
There's Haiti in these pages. There's rhythm and resistance. There's the ocean, the soil, the ache of exile, the fire of return. There's love, too-messy, holy, healing love. And there's pain.
