I am Haley McHashtag, poet of the urban scene, My "Little Urban Poetry" speaks to youth, a voice so keen. I write of life's absurdities, the woes of young and old, With a cynical perspective, my biting tales unfold.   I am the voice of young America, their dreams, their fears, their strife, I chronicle our generation, the rhythm of our life. From the depths of social media, to the corners of our mind, I tackle life's complexities, with wit and truth combined.
  I dwell amidst the hashtags, the memes, the endless scroll, I see the world through filters, as I strive to play my role. I've come to tell our stories, of the laughter and the tears, The moments of connection, in these ever-changing years.   Through words and rhymes, I paint a world, both dark and bittersweet, A portrait of our modern age, the triumphs and defeat. I'll make you laugh, I'll make you think, I'll hold a mirror to our face, Exposing all the beauty, and the flaws within our race.
