Murder on Tiptoes

MURDER ON TIPTOESDCI Tony Dyce wakes with an erection, the first sign, though he is unaware of it, that he is being set up as the fall guy for the very set of serial murders he is investigating. The killer, who has successfully murdered a dozen prostitutes in other parts of the country and had their deaths attributed to others who are now imprisoned for the crimes, is the first Dyce has come across who never makes a mistake and only leaves clues to deliberately mislead or incriminate a third party.
The murders continue, with a rising tempo, and still there is no lead, until forensic diligence gives Dyce's team its first breakthrough. The serial murderer is arrested, but as the blockbuster court case is approaching its conclusion the tables begin to turn, and the killer is about to walk free.
