Mündige Nachfolge gemeinsam lernen. Theologische sowie bildungs- und lerntheoretische Orientierungen für eine Erwachsenenbildung im Glauben am Lernort Gemeinde

Das Thema »discipleship« als Beschreibung des Christseins gewinnt in internationalen theologischen und kirchlichen Debatten in den letzten Jahren an Bedeutung. Die Studie nähert sich dem Themenkomplex aus einer deutschen, evangelisch-lutherischen Perspektive anhand des Begriffs der Nachfolge. Nachfolge wird in Anlehnung an das neutestamentliche Vorbild als Bildungs- bzw. Lernprozess verstanden. Theologische Grundfragen werden mit bildungs- und lerntheoretischen Erkenntnissen ins Gespräch gebracht und im Anschluss für das gemeindepädagogische Feld der Erwachsenenbildung fruchtbar gemacht.
Die interdisziplinär angelegte Arbeit will zur praktisch-theologischen Reflexion und konstruktiven Gestaltung gemeindlicher und kirchlicher Praxis anregen. [Learning mature discipleship together. This study approaches the complex of topics from a German, Lutheran perspective using the term "Nachfolge". Following the New Testament model, discipleship is understood as an educational or learning process. Basic theological questions are brought into discussion with insights from educational and learning theory and subsequently made fruitful for the field of adult education in church communities.
The interdisciplinary study aims to stimulate practical theological reflection and constructive organization of congregational and ecclesial practice.
