Résumé

The Fixers return one last time in the sort-of anticipated finale to Anya Parker's much-loved (mainly by her mother) Fixer Upper trilogy. Emma, Kaia and Co. face their toughest challenge yet because they're obliged to (it's the last book after all). Blood will be spilled, hearts will be broken and chumps will be punched square in the face in the exciting close to what some of the author's friends have dubbed "a quite enjoyable read"!  Let's be honest, you've seen this premise before.
But you haven't seen these people. For The Fixers, life is simple: protect the women who can't protect themselves, then collect the reward. Standard anti-hero stuff, right? Their four-person wrecking crew-cynic Emma, giant Kaia, tech-guy Hunter, and menace-in-miniature Doris-is known for delivering fast, effective, and extremely unconventional justice. They're good at it. They're also darkly funny and frankly, not at all politically correct.
(Seriously, if you're easily offended, maybe put the book down now. No, really.)But their irreverent world of tactical violence shatters when a shadowy figure forces their way into the operation. This isn't just a challenge; it's the inevitable Plot Complication that drives the Action Spiral. Suddenly, a routine life of morally questionable missions is replaced by a deadly cycle of non-stop action and betrayal.
They're outmatched, outgunned, and facing an enemy that knows exactly where to hit them hardest. You know, the kind of enemy that forces a team to question their alliances and face a stunning Revelation in Chapter Twenty-something. Let's face it, if you fail to read this action/adventure epic, you'll probably contract terminal FOMO. (Not actual medical advice, but consider yourself warned all the same.)
