Vancouer Police Department officers, Peter "Pumpkin" Jones and Arnie "Slant" Slantosky are assigned to investigate the mysterious disappearance of several sanitation workers. Pumpkin and Slant head into the sewage treatment plan tunnels in search of the missing workers.
