Résumé
A collection of three original bilingual German-English short stories for beginner (A1/A2 Level) German language learners.
In Midnight at the Harbor, a solitary night guard in Hamburg discovers an unexpected connection through a woman who writes letters to the sea. In Letters from Mozart, a skeptical museum worker is drawn into a trail of mysterious correspondence that slowly transforms his understanding of music, curiosity, and joy.
In Sandy Beaches, a young woman returns to the coast to recover from burnout, only to find that the wind and sand seem to speak in fragments of memory, guiding her back to herself. Each story is written in clear, accessible German with careful vocabulary and grammar control as well as natural repetition, making them ideal for beginner A1/A2-level learners building confidence in reading longer texts.
Full English translations are also included.
