The Middle Age Survivors Guide is a Lovely Short book. It's a collection of ideas and suggestions for understanding the changes our minds and bodies go through as we evolve into middle age and beyond. What should we expect? How do we handle the changes? It's not a medical or health book. It is an easy to read, informational and entertaining guide to aging gracefully. As you read it, there may be times when you actually laugh out loud. This book is for those of us who may be a little confused about this getting older thing. As soon as you think you have it all figured out, something new pops up.  The ideas in this guide are suggestions only.
Please do not take offense if you disagree with them. We all age differently; but we all age, and we all change. I've written what has worked for me and my friends. Some things I've found to be so effective, I've repeated them more than once in various contexts.  So, my dear readers, enjoy this guide and keep it handy.
