Résumé

The metabolic confusion diet aims to trick your metabolisminto working harder and so helping you to lose weightquicker. If you've made your way from extreme weight lossplans all through to the Sirtfood Diet and have now turnedto the metabolic confusion diet, it's probably because youknow that your metabolism has a lot to do with how you loseweight and how successful you are at it. Everyone's metabolism the body  process to turn food intoenergy - is different and works at different speeds.
Unfortunately for the rest of us, some people's metabolismsare supercharged and they can eat (almost) anything withoutgaining any weight. This is because their body burns thecalories they eat at a much faster rate. The idea behind themetabolic confusion diet is similar to that of anintermittent fasting diet - except you can eat at any timeof the day. Instead of reducing the number of overallcalories you consume  on your diet, as many plans suggestyou should, the metabolic confusion diet encourages you toalternate your calorie intake to confuse your metabolism andpromote fat-burning.
For example, on a low day you mightconsume 1200 calories and on a normal day it might be 2000calories. Although it is restrictive, so you can't just eatwhatever you like and you need to pair this diet withexercise, it's less restrictive than other fasting-baseddiets like the 5:2 plan. A typical plan for two weeks will be11 days of low-calorie intake, followed by 3 days of high-calorie intake. The point of doing this is to force yourbody into a weight-loss plateau by resetting your metabolismthrough cycling your calories and macronutrients.
Themetabolic confusion diet is based on the belief thatchanging the intake of calories from one day to the nextwill turbocharge your metabolism and help you lose weight. Many have reported that following this type of diet hasenabled them to lose weight, though a number of lifestylefactors (eg. physical activity, sleep, current weight) canaffect how quickly, and how much weight you lose. However, in the short term it seems that the metabolic confusion dietcould certainly help you to lose weight.
It's questionablewhether you would be able to maintain such strict caloriecontrolling over a period of years or even months though. Scroll up, click on ''Buy Now with 1-click'', and Get your Copy Now
