Merry Merry Christmas

A story about a young boy who yearns for true friendship, a true friendship based on mutual understanding, character, and love, not on the superficial things that makes the eyes twinkle and  makes the heart grow cold with greed, a real friendship , something difficult to find. Finding this kind of friendship is so hard more so for Gilbert junior, because he is a boy from the poor neighborhood, no one wants to be his friend because to them he will infect them with his poverty.
He gets bullied at school but never fights back, his calm posture and self control leaves a classmate wondering how he does it. The boy Gilbert thinks he is the only with the finding a true friendship dilemma, but there comes a new student from good side of neighborhood, rich, wealthy and all that can attract the eye. He too can never tell who truly wants to be his friend and not because of his last name...
Montgomery... Events happen in their last semester to Christmas that changes many opinions about Gilbert, because one of his bullies , who is also a spoilt brat and head cheerleader, gets attacked in the night and it so happens, that Gilbert the school loony, is the one who comes to her rescue. This shakes the belief system of many in school , which brings with it a new beginning and new perspective on true friendship among the young students.
