Résumé

Megan and Mary Paired by Fate                      Written by M. A. Gilbertson      and        Illustrated by Michelle Gilbertson             This is the Second book of the M&M Saga. Inside the pages of this book the reader will encounter Unicorns, Talking Chipmunks, Magic, Mayhem and lots more. This is an epic tale that spans across the Multiverse. It is a tale of Girl Power and Female Empowerment.
Megan and Mary will find out being Fate's Chosen Pair is very dangerous, hard work.             The story starts with Megan and Mary going to the Fey Royal Court. Trouble abounds as they are changed and also cause some changes at the Royal Court. They will wander the Multiverse to bring Andy to justice and Megan will attempt to save more of the pawns in The Cosmic Game with Mary's help. Things will not go as expected as they end up back with the pirates and fighting for their lives in the Red Temple once again.
They save a girl named Melanie and bring her back to Rabbit Hole. The Knights of Purity are about to make major moves against the Children of Babel. Rabbit Hole is attacked and everyone Babel related must flee or hide. Megan gets herself noticed by the Mother Of Monsters, a.k.a. MOM, a much older and much more powerful entity than the Cheshires. An odd fragile peace is forged between Rebecca Moore, Babel's new Grand Prefect, and the Lord High Commander of the Knights of Purity.  A new girl, Priestess Luna Moth, arrives in Rabbit Hole to do Fate's bidding and take charge of the Chosen Pair.
Will Andy be brought justice? Will Megan stop making dangerous choices?              Like the first book, this is not a children's book. There are occasions in the mayhem that do include graphic violence and gore. There will be frank discussions of sex and sexuality. There are some words used by some of the characters in this story that may be considered vulgar by some readers but it is in the context of what the character would say if they were real people.                There are some important ideas incorporated into the plot lines.
For example, slavery is bad; killing is never good but sometimes may be necessary; do not lie to your best friends; diversity is always good; some people are just wired differently; and especially as far as good and evil are concerned, there is no black or white just varying shades of gray.             I am an LBGT author and my books, will always include some characters who will be LGBT+, since in any world there is going to be people born this way and not to include them would be wrong and not representative of the diverse tapestry that is people.
