Résumé
After the Battle of Arnhem in September 1944 the dent that the Allies made in the German lines became known as the Nijmegen Salient. This bulge was occupied first by the British XXX Corps and then by the Canadian II Corps and they became the target audience of a radio show hosted by a German born woman who had the on air name of Mary of Arnhem.
