Martial Arts Around The World

As a lifelong martial artist, I have dedicated over 45 years of my life to the study and practice of various martial arts styles and combat systems. My training has included a wide range of art forms, such as Kung-fu, Ninjitsu, and Karate, as well as combat systems like Krav Maga and Kapap. Throughout my training, I have come to appreciate the unique aspects of each style and the value of combining different techniques and approaches to create a comprehensive system of self-defense.
My approach to martial arts has been influenced by the concept of Martial Science, which combines the study of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics with the principles of martial arts to create an effective system of combat and self-defense.
