Lynn’s Lyrics, Plus Poems (Demo Days). New York City

These are lyrics that I wrote while I was trying to break into the music scene. ?? ?? ??  I would make demos by singing and playing on my keyboard. ??  I never had voice lessons; I didn't know how to play an instrument, and I had no musical talent whatsoever.  I would record myself with an old tape recorder in my bathroom.  My recordings were laughable at best, but I thought they sounded good at the time and even believed they would score me a record deal.  I can still remember how they sounded, and as I read over these lyrics, I can hear the music playing in my head.  The years were 1993 to 1995, and I was 21 to 23 years old, respectively.
