The android believes Tia is another Cyborg, and they travel back to the eighteenth century to collect DNA to repopulate the future after most life on Earth had perished from a rare disease. The capsule crashes on the estate of Earl, Haden Winslow Morley. He, believing they're poor peasants hires them as servants.
