Résumé

Lost Where You Found Me is an emotional rainforest survival romance about danger, trust, and the unexpected places love finds us. Isla Monroe has always trusted herself more than anyone else. So when locals warn her not to hike the old trail through Verde Sombra, she hears only another voice telling her what she cannot handle. The rainforest is supposed to be her proof that she is strong, capable, and free.
Then the storm comes. The trail disappears. Her map becomes useless. Her ankle gives out. And as dusk settles beneath the canopy, something with golden eyes begins watching her from the leaves. The man who saves her should not exist. Elias Rook vanished twenty five years ago, leaving civilization behind for a hidden life deep in the rainforest. He knows every river, root, and shadow. He knows how to survive storms, predators, hunger, and silence.
But he does not know what to do with Isla. She needs him to get home. He needs her to leave before she awakens everything he buried. Yet the deeper they travel through the green, the harder it becomes to tell which one of them is truly lost. And when rescue finally comes, Elias must choose between the safety of the world he built alone and the woman who makes him want to step back into the one he abandoned.
