Lost and Found in a New World

Peter was kidnapped by his father and sold to Henderson Ranch. There he worked without an education, until his eighteenth birthday when he was sold as a slave to a ranch in Mexico. Once he was rescued, he reunited with some of the others he'd known at Henderson Ranch as well as the mother he'd never forgotten. Helping his friends, Chris and Mark, he becomes involved in the rebuilding of the ranch where they grew up, renaming it Resurrection Ranch, where others like themselves, can work and be given the education they were deprived as children.
Before leaving for the ranch, he meets Jerilyn, a therapist who will be transferring to Resurrection Ranch. Almost instantly, he knows she is someone he wants in his life.
