The Study Guide has been specifically designed to aid the reader in directly applying the principles discussed in the text of the main book, Living Through Crises, to his or her own life. The questions are so pointed, so specific, that the principles discussed in the book are not only reinforced but are held forth as a mirror for personal, self-evaluation.
