Résumé

Far too many of us dream our dreams, yet for one reason or another fail to take concerted effort to bring them to life. I wrote this book to help those, who are looking for more in life, achieve what they desire. It provides clear instructions for eliciting and formulating your desired outcomes, together with a proven process to attain them. If you are a coach, you will find this book provides a practical outline for a series of coaching sessions that you can customize to meet specific client needs.
This book integrates three effective and compatible strategies for success: Five Steps for Success. Ready, Fire, Aim. Continuous, incremental improvement. with principles from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Together, they become an easy to use and powerful five-step process that makes a difference in how you identify and achieve your dreams. NLP is a fundamental component to achieving your dreams.
For over fifteen years, I have been studying, talking about, using and providing coaching and training services in NLP and have observed the tremendous positive impact NLP principles and techniques have had on my clients. Personally, NLP has had a great influence on my own communication and the way I perceive and live life. As a Certified Management Consultant and former university professor and executive, I find NLP techniques invaluable in first, assisting me to feel good about myself and what I choose to do and second, in my conversations and interactions with others as we express our differing points of view and work toward a win-win result.
I trust you will find this book to be a valuable resource and I look forward to receiving any observations you may wish to share with me. Roger Ellerton
