Liskey's Lament

After arriving on an idyllic planet to assume a solo post as an observer, Robert Liskey hopes his new job will give him the peace he needs to write a masterpiece. So he's far from happy when a defective spaceship leaves his predecessor, a hunky but abrasive mute named Venner, stranded there with him.
