For the last 150 years, a handful of legacy class androids directed lesser robots to build New Phoenix, a colony city built in a natural fissure.
The legacies have human-like qualities: Their extreme AI is still unequaled in all the years since their creation and they have worked alongside their Human overseers for over a century.
