Leap of Faith

The time is far enough in the future by some 15, 000 years where a planets sun is dying.  The inhabitants of the planet takes an Exodus off their dying world to colonize other planets in the universe. One such Exodus ship finds a suitable planet and 14, 000 years later discover the adopted solar systems Sun is dying.  Another Exodus is planned to leave their adopted world with 5 million citizens.  The Leap of Faith One a colony scout ship with 10, 000 crew members and researchers take a 12-year journey to the target planet with hope and faith it will be the new home for those who will come later.  This is a story of that leap of faith in finding that new planet and of an Exodus fleet of four World size colony ships (5 million passengers) rushing to evacuate their adopted planet before its Sun goes Nova.  This is a story of the Leap of Faith One finding that planet and making sure it is inhabitable and no other tenants on it.  This is a story of a planet running out of time to launch its Exodus Ships.  Four crowded Exodus ships 12 years later on a long six years in space hoping that the Leap of Faith One will have found the target planet suitable for their next home.  Two stories in one huge Leap of Faith or disappointment.
