Résumé

Summary of Kaylee's Young LifeKaylee is a lovely, smart, talented and strong-willed child,  but she had one flaw, she was extremely fearful of snakes. When two snakes invaded her yard, she  came running to Granny with eyes widened. Seeing the fear on Kaylee's face,  Granny, checked and sure enough, two long black-spotted snakes coiled-up on the steps Kaylee pointed to apparently were the ones causing  Kaylee's fears.
Granny became a snake twirler that  very day as she received strength from God, allowing  her to grab each snake by  their tails,  one snake at a time wiggling and hissing at  her,  twirling each around and around and around, as she chanted, "one and two and three. You are not going to tempt or harm Kaylee." At 3, she threw the snakes, and they went far, far away from Kaylee.     Kaylee's curiosity about why snakes were so feared, hated, slimy and ugly brought about  the story in the Bible in Genesis, how the world came to be and how one snake  caused Adam and Eve, God's first humans, to disobey God, thus first sin to enter God's beautiful Creation.
God was so disappointed He punished Adam and Eve by removing them from their beautiful garden paradise and they were to labor until they die. He cursed the snake to be separated, feared  and also forced to crawl on their bellies their entire life. That is why they became ugly,  feared and hated  As quoted In Genesis.
