A Cleveland, Ohio prosecutor was getting ready to prosecute a serial killer who had murdered eleven women when this Cold Case crime was presented to him. His response was that he had been a prosecutor for over 30 years and this was the most facinating case to ever come across his desk. Follow a young detective investigating his first homicide on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, who came face to face with pure evil.
The suspect was a student of espionage and counter espionage techniques who could pick, locks, tap phones, and surveil his prey like a CIA spook. He was a weapons expert, a body builder, and proficient in the martial arts. At 6'2" and 230 pounds, he would have his way. The young detective would have no way of knowing that his first homicide case and the trail of the suspect would lead to the killing of a second man on the west side six weeks later and a woman gunned down on the campus of Memphis State University close to three years later.
He too could never have guessed that the effort to bring the suspect to justice would span decades.
