Biographie de Laura Thomas

Laura Thomas PhD, RNutr is a Registered Nutritionist who isn't afraid to tell it like it is. In 2016 Laura launched Don't Salt My Game - a podcast that calls out diet trends and myths - to tell you what you really need to know to stay on top of your game. Laura was the Nutrition Consultant for the BBC1 documentary 'Mind Over Marathon' where she supported people suffering with mental health problems train for the 2017 London Marathon. She is an Association for Nutrition Media Nutritionist and has appeared on a BBC News Facebook Live stream.
Her writing has appeared in Hip and Healthy, Huffington Post, New Scientist, and Spectator Health, and she provides comment for publications such as Men's Health, the Guardian, and Red magazine. She is the author of Just Eat It and How to Just Eat It.
