Résumé

There are six articles in issue 3, January 2023 of "Journal of Ethnic Microhistory". "Testament of Eduard Deibert" (Testament von Eduard Deibert) contains the farewell letter of Eduard Deibert, an activist of the Russia-German movement. He decided to fast to death, this way expressing his disappointment at the conditions prevailing in today's Germany. The essay "Dombra is a sacred instrument reflecting the behaviour, dreams and interests of the Kazakh people" written in Kazakh language by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Begman Iskak and Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ileskan Smanuly Smanov describes the role of Dombra, a widely used plucked instrument in Kazakhstan and several Central Asian states, for the national identity of these peoples.
The authors of the article "Problems of Application of Distance Learning in a Technical University", written by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ibraeva Kulyan Zhagiparovna and Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ileskan Smanuly Smanov, discuss the effectiveness of the introduction of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into pedagogical practice. The article "Information Technologies in Education", written by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ibraeva Kulyan Zhagiparovna, analyses some aspects of specialists´ training in Kazakhstan.
Dr. Walther Friesen, the author of the treatise "Ethnic Prejudices of the 18th 19th Centuries and Folkloristic Historical clichés" (Ethnische Vorurteile des 18. und 19. Jahrhunderts und volkskundliche Geschichtsklischees), deals with ethnic prejudices and historical clichés of the 18th and 19th centuries. In his next article Dr. Walther Friesen defends the perspective that German Jews are the inherent constituent of German culture (Deutschtum).
