A pack of wild attack dogs are tracking down and killing joggers. After the fourth victim is slaughtered, the Police Chief of Southampton, Long Island, whose daughter was the first victim, is determined to avenge her death. He suspects there is a serial killer behind these tragic killings. But it is the Chief's son and girlfriend who discover a horrifying fact-someone from a Long Island high school is purposely tracking and hunting down students in their class.
