He specialises in transforming complex IT landscapes into simplified, value-driven ecosystems and managing the change impact on people, processes and technology. As founder of ITOBOK, he brings together business and technology leaders to share practical knowledge on IT optimisation and driving continuous improvement using a standard framework.
