Captain John Harrison is the leader of the elite squad of soldiers hunting for rogues. The 'rogues' are parasites that are infecting and killing humans. The government says the 'bugs' have almost been eradicated leaving only rogues behind. John's wife is contacted by a stranger with news that the 'tapeworms' are more active now than ever. And...this certain stranger has info about who is responsible for the parasites' outbreak.
John locates the stranger dead and discovers a cover-up that threatens our very existence.
