Résumé

Inclusive Spirituality for Managers explores the intersection of spirituality, ethics, and leadership in modern organizations. It draws from diverse traditions-Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Shinto, Confucianism, Indigenous practices, and even atheistic humanism-revealing how their wisdom can guide ethical decisions, build inclusive workplaces, and promote holistic well-being.
Across its sections, the book highlights timeless practices like Ignatian discernment, Buddhist mindfulness, Hindu karma yoga, and Confucian moral cultivation, showing their relevance for contemporary leadership. It emphasizes universal values such as compassion, humility, non-violence, and interconnectedness while addressing urgent challenges like sustainability, diversity, social justice, and global responsibility.
By blending philosophical depth with practical insights, it bridges ancient teachings and modern managerial needs. This book critiques materialistic definitions of success, urging leaders to prioritize human dignity, community welfare, and ecological stewardship. Through comparative dialogue, it shows how various traditions converge on shared ethical ground while preserving their unique nuances. Managers are encouraged to move beyond profit and efficiency to embrace care, resilience, and moral courage.
Ultimately, Inclusive Spirituality for Managers serves as both a reflective and practical guide. It inspires leaders to reimagine success in ways that honor individual growth and collective flourishing, making it a vital resource for ethically conscious professionals and organizations committed to meaningful change.
