Résumé

Malice Collissimo, a former Navy SEAL, faces profound personal losses with the murder of his wife, Kyra, and their unborn child, followed years later by the death of his son, Devin, in a bank robbery. After leaving the military, Malice joins the Maple Grove police force at the urging of his old football coach and current police chief, Ken Craft. He quickly advances to lieutenant, all while hiding his identity as the estranged son of Michael Collissimo, a major crime boss.
His life takes a darker turn when his parents are attacked in a public park, killing his mother. Sworn to avenge her on her deathbed, Malice discovers a close friend's betrayal, involving them in a conspiracy that connects the police and the criminal underworld, intending to use his underworld ties. Malice reunites with his SEAL team to hunt down those responsible, culminating in a violent confrontation that results in his imprisonment.
While he secures his revenge, Malice pays heavily, gaining power within the criminal hierarchy even from behind bars. "In Harm's Way" is a story of loss, betrayal, and the dark side of justice, showing how far one man will go to avenge his family.
