Résumé

I was diagnosed with adult ADHD at the age of 40. It's genetic and environmental, and I've had it along with tics since childhood, but I've endured it, studied, worked, and lived with it, and after two sessions with a psychiatrist, I was relieved to find out that I had adult ADHD. I was relieved to know that I could stop running and rest, that I had been sick all my life, that there were parts of my life that I couldn't understand and explain to myself, that I couldn't explain to others, that I couldn't understand and be understood, that I had been marginalized, sick, and beaten, and that I knew the cause.
This book is about being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and the characteristics of ADHD that I have compiled from reading books and my own experiences. I send my love to the many ADHDs in the world. I wish the world was a little kinder to ADHDs. ---------- Diagnosing ADHD I have been diagnosed with ADHD. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I thought I was different and conflicted, and I read about ADHD and empathized with it, and I went to two psychiatrists, and one told me he couldn't give me ADHD medication because he gave me a checklist and I didn't score high enough based on that.
The other is where I've decided to stay. When it comes to ADHD, a clinician's diagnosis is paramount. He looked at me, picked me apart, and gave me a diagnosis. He also said I suffer from rejection due to  long-standing ADHD, and depression due to low self-confidence. So I learned the identity of what I thought was something different from a young age. ADHD. Hyperactivity caused by a lack of dopamine due to underdeveloped prefrontal lobes, resulting in poor cognitive and concentration skills.
The cause of my difficult life was this. Is ADHD a disease? There is disagreement about whether ADHD is a disorder. To me, it seems like a developmental disorder, a disease, or a human trait. According to the psychiatrist who diagnosed me, ADHD is not necessarily a disorder, as I may suffer more in Korea, a one-size-fits-all society that cannot tolerate people who are different from me. However, the social inadequacy, alienation, and rejection that resulted from it caused psychological problems and I needed help.
If you take a picture of the brain of a person with ADHD, you'll see that it's structured differently than a normal person's, and they don't have enough dopamine because their hormones are imbalanced. However, there are other advantages. Benefits of ADHD Sadly, there is no upside to having ADHD. However, ADHDers also have its advantages. First of all, ADHDers are creative. Also think differently than others.
a wild idea. And we have an entrepreneurial spirit, an enterprising spirit. So we keep trying, breaking, and eventually getting sad. Ah sad. Person with ADHD don't know how to take advantage of others. We have a strong tendency to immerse ourselves in things we love. ADHDers get mad, get over it quickly, and become good friends. In my opinion, it is believed that a person with ADHD should start their social life in an organization, but after a few years or ultimately should do something creative, something outside of an organization.
Because our social skills are so poor. Because we are like a child who hasn't grown up.
