Fray just got the best score ever on a government-mandated test. The only problem is, no one knows what the test was measuring. Actually, there is one other problem, which is that the government is the aliens occupying Earth. It's understandable that people will get a little twitchy in that situation or when they're being evaluated, but Fray just wants to chill with his pregnant wife and not figure out whether his aptitude makes him dangerous.
