How to Live with a Ghost

Jess McCallister dreamed of an old house with character where she could put down roots and leave the drama of her dating history behind. With its sunlit, timeworn rooms and historic past, Fox Hollow has everything she wants and one thing she doesn't: a ghost with a track record of getting rid of the previous owners. But Jess has a nose for a story, and when her neighbor turns out to be reclusive novelist Dan Sinclair, the two of them get caught up in unraveling the fate of a man who disappeared during a massive tornado a century ago and the woman who vowed to find him.
But each step of the history brings Jess closer to a more pressing mystery: just who is vandalizing the forgotten pioneer cemetery on her land, and whether that's the same unnamed assailant who wants to run her out of Sand Creek Township for good. As odd incidents turn sinister, Jess realizes there's more at stake than helping a ghost find closure; the person who wants her gone will stop at nothing.
On top of it all, she's gone and fallen in love. But which threat does she need to fear most: the danger to her home, or the danger to her heart?
