Résumé
In India, devoid of a Constitution and in a state of lawlessness, I fell victim to the widespread 'cooperative dictatorship' across the country. Instead of serving the Constitution and the rule of law, people choose to obey and comply with the Prime Ministers and their political authorities, all while taking oaths to uphold and demonstrate loyalty to the Constitution and the rule of law- a remarkable display of hypocrisy that is hard to find elsewhere.
On numerous occasions, when I referenced Constitutional provisions, my Fundamental Rights, and the rule of law, I was met with commands to "stop lecturing us about the Constitution and the rule of law, " insisting I follow their orders, really discarding the Constitution and the rule of law; failure to comply would lead to severe consequences, resulting in the loss of everything in my life: I lost my dignity, honor, the livelihood of my family members, and everything else.
When I approached the Supreme Court for help, the Chief Justice closed the door on my face, declaring that in this country, no one possesses Fundamental Rights. The right to establish or deny access to the Supreme Court is solely my prerogative, not your Fundamental Right; leave, as you will find no justice in this country. Through such actions, the judges of the Supreme Court endorse the 'cooperative dictatorship' that permeates every level of India, from the Prime Ministers and Presidents to the lowest-ranking Superintendents in the bureaucracy.
