Honey Beaumont

Honey Beaumont is a coming-of-age adventure about a boy who wouldn't be broken, who would overcome so much to become the hero his people desperately need. At the tender age of 16, Honey Beaumont was well-aware that there was a life beyond the walls of the brothel in which he grew up. He simply couldn't imagine. After a night with a wealthy noblewoman, he finds himself thrust out into the war-torn Midwest as her houseboy, where he learns that his station in life was far worse than he had ever considered.
Houseboy or not, Honey had big dreams of winning his freedom and going back to save the ladies of the brothel from the man who tried to destroy him. Being a hero is harder than Honey had ever imagined. Illiterate and ill-prepared, Honey embarks on the journey of a lifetime and must learn how to make friends and identify enemies if he's ever going to make it back to his loved ones. On the way, he meets others who are also working through the struggles of everyday life and joins The Adventurer's Guild - a prestigious group of mercenaries who will do almost any job for the right amount of money.
With Andy and Torq as his guides, Honey learns what it takes to survive in a land of magic, machines, and adventure.
