Résumé
The Bandana Book III tells stories about unlikely heroes. What if a bandana could safe your life? It certainly has saved many a cowboy's neck. Read 17 stories about everyday heroes from multiple authors, fiction or nonfiction. A bandana can get you through the thick of things, even if you hang on to it only emotionally. Dr. Reeser, an emergency physician, wears one as a headband since the times of Covid.
Edda does not leave on a hike without her bandana, as it can be used for cooling or a bandage in many situations. One such bandana was once stitched into a donated leather jacket of a care packet after WWII. And a small piano prodigy winged her recital with her favorite accessory scarf. None of these authors has super powers, but they draw strength from a small piece of cloth. Most famously, 911 hero Welles Crowther, was posthumously identified by his red bandana.
He saved a dozen people from the inferno. Some of the Bandana III heroes are very much survivors too.
