Résumé

Erika thought she was just taking a class on urban legends. That was just the beginning. She's thrown head-first into a world that she didn't think could exist. More than, she's one of them! Werewolves, vampires, and something so rare that even the immortals are afraid, fill Erika's life in more ways than one. Can she choose which man will hold her heart? Or does she have to decide at all? Excerpt: "He won't do anything.
He'll just want to." Marcus had to laugh because Caleb was right. "I couldn't even touch her. She could be my mate, Caleb." Marcus could have shifted at any minute if she was, and he would have claimed her right then and there. "She could be a mate to any of us. We won't know until..., ""Until she turns twenty-five. I know." The rules for supernaturals were strict, and the worst part was that Erika didn't know that world at all.
"Her blood carries a lot of magic. She has to change, right?" He knew it wasn't the case, but ever since Caleb started teaching Folklore at the college, they had come close a few times. "One step at a time, furball. First, we see if she has enough power to change. If she does, then we'll know what she is." Years of waiting for the trio had caused them all to keep wishing. Hoping. Praying. Immortality had its perks, but living for centuries without love wasn't one of them. "Call me furball again, and I'll show you what a wolf can do to a f*cking Warlock." Caleb hated that word, and he raised his hand slightly and flicked his long index finger. "Say it." Marcus growled under the pain in his chest.
"Be a good dog. Say it." The eyes of the man were no longer recognized as human. Marcus shook his head as the wolf fought to break free. "One little word, Fido. Say it." Caleb smiled as he thought of the time that Marcus had pinned him on his own couch and released the stench of a thousand eggs into his face. The men were relentless with one another, and that night was no different. "F*ck! Fae! You're a f*cking fae!" Caleb dropped his hand and went back to sorting his paperwork.
"You're a d*ck." Caleb nodded."Speaking of d*cks, what did you find out about Erika's boyfriend?"
