Van doesn't expect his heart to melt when he meets a beautiful woman with an adorable dog. Lauri is on a walk with her dog Coco when they stumble upon a cute dog named Roosevelt. The dogs get along, but their owners are a different story. Van doesn't have the time or the patience for women after suffering a horrible breakup with his ex, so he writes off the stunning Lauri before he realizes what he's missing, but she wants to see his dog again, so she gives him her business card. After Van comes to his senses, he decides to contact Lauri, but it's too little too late for her.
