Résumé

Biomarkers 1.0 were numbers generated from tests, both invasive and non-invasive referenced to statistical averages collected from hospitals, factories, army and schools.  These reference ranges define only "normal" and average."Biomarkers 2.0 are test numbers using reference ranges, derived from only optimally well athletes, organs or systems.  Biomarkers 2.0 always represent, and indeed define, optimal physical wellness.
They are Mother Nature's curriculum for humans to heed and make diet-lifestyle experiments to improve their numbers.  Biomarkers 2.0 describe the patterns of optimal health.  They enable those with curiosity to heal towards all the way well. So far, we have these for only three whole-body terrains.  This text focusses on the two most researched sets of Biomarkers 2.0, those for optimal lymph and optimal mineral amounts and ratios.
Attention is also given to Metabolic Typing as a test for mitochondrial number and function.  We look forward to consensus on optimal numerical reference ranges for more organs and systems. RBTI and HTMA assessment biomarkers strongly complement each other.  RBTI measures and reports on the chemistry of our lymph fluid OUTSIDE the cells.  HTMA measures and reports on the minerals present or absent INSIDE cells.
Together they offer "binocular vision" into any and every physical complaint, highlighting actionable excesses and deficiencies.  Disturbed client numbers can be addressed with foods and supplements (tho ratios need to be considered). In clinical settings, Biomarkers 2.0 reduce guessing.  So far we have these for only three of five terrains I deem crucial.  The more organs and systems we have Biomarkers 2.0 for, the better.
