Columbus, Ohio, is overrun after Red, White, and Boom becomes a feast for the undead. Cell towers are down, the internet isn't working, and there's no social media to connect to the outside world. In less than a week, everything has become a ghost town littered with shuffling, lurching bodies. When one of the trio is injured, it's a race to find antibiotics and medical supplies, forcing them to return to Grant Hospital and the horror of the recent past.
