Résumé

In the aftermath of a global pandemic that ravages economies worldwide, nations are left grappling with financial collapse and a dire struggle for survival. As societies attempt to rebuild, a curious phenomenon occurs, rivers around the world begin to recede. From the dry riverbeds, a towering mountain mysteriously emerges, initially unnoticed but slowly becoming the object of intense fascination.
Over time, it becomes clear that this mountain is no ordinary landmass. It is made entirely of gold. At first, the surrounding inhabitants celebrate their newfound wealth, unaware of the destructive forces that will soon follow. However, as news of the golden mountain spreads, governments become aware of its potential to shift global power dynamics. Initially, nations seek cooperation, but greed soon takes over.
As the desire for control grows, nations vie for dominance over the mountain, leading to a bloody war. The war for the golden mountain lasts for four long years, ravaging the planet and leaving millions dead. Amidst the chaos, a lone nation stands apart, rejecting the idea of exploiting the gold and refusing to partake in the violence. As the conflict reaches its bitter end, it is this nation that emerges victorious, not through power or wealth, but through its steadfast belief in peace and preservation.
Golden Mountain explores themes of greed, power, and the cost of human ambition, set against the backdrop of a world desperate for recovery. The story delves into the consequences of war and the unexpected emergence of wealth, questioning whether humanity can ever find peace in the midst of such temptation.
