Résumé
After the Frisians massacred the royal family, they moved their base headquarters into the palace. Now every dawn, a Frisian soldier is found dead on the palace steps-neck broken, throat slit. Killed in the same way they had slaughtered the Ruterian royal house. The occupying army whispers of ghosts. They are wrong. And they are not. Ivora Palmentola is a GSM spy from the planet Ulmyra. Her mission is to infiltrate the Frisian military, contact the Ruterian resistance, and get them the help they need.
All the while frustrating the Frisians' plans to take over the planet. GSM does not know the depth of hatred the Frisians have for the Ulmyrians nor the danger they were putting her in. Ivora finds a Ruterian man beaten, bleeding. He is simple, sweet, and kind. She brings him to her house for protection.
