I started living a healthy lifestyle when I was young, so I have learned a lot. This book is about holistic health in all areas of your life. Much of it you have already been exposed to in one form or another. However, there will be new information that will be useful. I believe that good health is only obtained through proactive choices. This book covers all of the choices that you can make to achieve that outcome.
You may not choose to follow all of my recommendations, but you will likely make some positive changes.
