Résumé
In Einrichtungen der Altenpflege gefeierte Gottesdienste und Andachten sind Orte gelebter christlicher Frömmigkeit. Die geistlichen Zusammenkünfte sind Teil des Gesamtsystems der jeweiligen Einrichtung und werden von den dort gegebenen Bedingungen beeinflusst. Im Rahmen einer empirischen Studie wurden Leitende von Andachten und Gottesdiensten zu diesem Praxisfeld näher befragt. Die vorliegende Auswertung liefert detaillierte Ergebnisse und ordnet diese praktisch-theologisch ein.
Mit dieser Tiefenstudie werden diejenigen, die Andachten und Gottesdienste halten oder Einrichtungen der Altenpflege leiten, dazu angeregt, geistliche Zusammenkünfte im System ihrer Häuser wahrzunehmen, wertzuschätzen und sie im Zusammenspiel aller Beteiligten zu profilieren. Zur zukünftigen Entwicklung von Gottesdiensthilfen und Fortbildungsangeboten für geistliche Zusammenkünfte in der Altenhilfe liefert die Untersuchung damit erstmals eine empirisch gesicherte Basis. [Spiritual Meetings in the System of Nursing Homes Results and Consequences of an Empirical Study] In institutions for the care of the elderly, celebrated church services and devotions are places of lived Christian piety.
Spiritual gatherings are part of the overall system of the respective institution and are influenced by the conditions present there. Within the framework of an empirical study, leaders of devotions and church services were interrogated in depth about this field of practice. The present evaluation provides detailed results and classifies them practically and theologically. With this comprehensive study, those who hold devotions and church services or lead facilities for the care of the elderly are encouraged to embrace and appreciate spiritual gatherings within the system of their homes and to shape them in connection with all those involved.
The study thus provides for the first time an empirically sound basis for the future development of aids in church service and opportunities for training in spiritual gatherings in the care of the elderly. Pfarrerin Dr. Julia Arnold, Jahrgang 1976, studierte Evangelische Theologie an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Sie ist Altenheimseelsorgerin in Nürnberg und Referentin am Gottesdienstinstitut der Evangelisch-Lutherischen Kirche in Bayern.
