Cheryl is running out of money when her ex-boyfriend Darren calls with a job offer that's too good to pass up. She just has to be a nurse for a day at a walk-in clinic for his doctor friend. When she arrives at the clinic, she finds the doctor waiting with two other doctors and no patients to be found. Darren locks her in and reminds of her fantasy of being roughly taken by several doctors at once, and the other doctors remind her that they have already paid her for services rendered.
